What we collect
Organizers: name, email and account details. Attendees: name, email and any answers the organizer asks for. Check-in staff actions (time, result, device type, IP address of the scanning device). Technical data needed to run the service, such as IP address for rate limiting.
Why we use it
To create accounts, register attendees, send tickets and event emails, check people in, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Who sees it
The organizer of an event sees the registrations for that event. Our service providers process data on our behalf: hosting, email delivery, bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), and sign-in providers you choose (Google, GitHub and others).
Cookies and storage
We use only essential cookies and local storage: your sign-in session, your language and your light or dark preference. No tracking or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Registration data is anonymized automatically a set number of days after the event ends (90 by default, set by the organizer). Account data is kept until you delete your account.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or erase your data. Organizers can export or erase an attendee's data from the attendee list; account holders can delete their account in settings. Otherwise contact us below.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit; ticket codes are stored only as hashes; access is restricted by role. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected people where the law requires.
